Employee Relations HR Business Partner


Stephen James Consulting is working on behalf of one of our clients in the search for an Employee Relations HR Business Partner. This is a national role, offering hybrid working with travel across the UK, along with regular meetings in Leeds. This role will play a key part in supporting operational and support teams across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters and driving engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a wide range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management * Providing coaching and guidance to managers on ER matters and best practice * Leading on employee relations processes through to resolution, including escalations where required * Supporting change management projects including restructures and TUPE * Using data and insights to identify trends and improve employee engagement and retention * Building strong relationships with stakeholders across operational and education teams To be considered for this role, you will need: * Proven experience managing complex ER casework, including up to tribunal level * Strong knowledge of UK employment law * Experience working in a multi-site or regulated environment * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * A proactive and solutions-focused approach This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a real impact on employee engagement, performance, and culture.
