Senior Civil Design Engineer (infrastructure/drainage/highway) Manchester (hybrid working 2 or 3 days from home) C£45k – 55k + bonus + package We are pleased to be working with a well established civil consultancy in an exciting stage of growth, with a strong portfolio of clients and projects and solid pipeline of work. We are now recruiting a senior infrastructure engineer to assist in the design and delivery of a range of medium/large infrastructure and associated civil projects across sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, public realm. Whats on offer Salary c45k-55k DOE Bonus Hybrid working Healthcare/Life Assurance About the role and you * Manage projects and guide/mentor more junior engineers * Deliver projects from initial feasibility stage, through planning and detail design to construction stage * Work as part of a team specialising in drainage, highways, and development infrastructure, working closely with Transport and Flood Risk teams * Developing and overseeing Concept and Detailed Drainage Strategies/Levels Strategies and Earthwork Appraisals * You should be competent in softwares such as Microdrainage/Causeway Flow/Civil3D * Experience in pre-planning and planning stage projects as well as a strong understanding of detail design and technical approval (S104, S38, S278, etc).
