Lead Mechanical Supervisor

Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanical Supervisor to oversee domestic mechanical services projects across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work while managing a small, skilled team of operatives. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate domestic mechanical installations and maintenance works * Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of skilled operatives * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams * Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards * Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking * Assist with planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Requirements * Proven experience in domestic mechanical services (heating, plumbing, HVAC) * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience * Strong knowledge of industry standards and health & safety regulations * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Car allowance * Paid business expenses * Annual leave entitlement * Pension scheme * Opportunity to lead projects within a growing and supportive company
