Fluent Kurdish Speaking Administrator / Receptionist Location: Central Manchester Salary: Competitive (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm based in the heart of Manchester, who are looking to appoint a professional and personable Fluent Kurdish Speaking Administrator / Receptionist to join their busy front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role and is looking to build a career within a legal environment. Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone * Providing a warm, professional welcome to all visitors * Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately * Supporting clients by translating and communicating in Kurdish where required * Handling general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry * Managing appointment bookings and meeting room schedules * Assisting fee earners with ad hoc administrative support Key Requirements: * Fluency in Kurdish (essential) – both spoken and written * Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Confident using Microsoft Office packages * A positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic Desirable: * Previous experience within a legal or professional services environment * Knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous What’s on Offer: * Opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team * Central Manchester location with excellent transport links * Ongoing training and development * Career progression within a growing legal firm If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and fluency in Kurdish, we would love to hear from you.
