Contracts Manager Warrington – Regular Travel up to £65k – DOE Contracts Manager needed for UK-based workplace design and fit-out company, they create modern and efficient office environments. Offering services from workplace strategy and interior design to office fit-outs, furniture, and technology integration, they help businesses transform their workspaces to improve collaboration, productivity, and employee wellbeing. Requirements for the Contracts Manager * Experience producing site logistics plans, methodologies, programmes, and tender documentation * Confident presenting at tender interviews and advising on buildability, timescales, and project delivery * Strong project management skills across pre-construction, mobilisation, and construction phases * Ability to organise and lead handover and internal team meetings * Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce policies on site * Experience managing project teams, procurement, and liaising with clients and stakeholders * Skilled in monitoring project progress, reviewing programmes, and reporting to management * Ability to manage client expectations and proactively resolve project issues * Experience driving projects to completion, attending handovers, supporting aftercare, and providing supply chain KPI feedback Minimum Requirements for the Contracts Manager * SMSTS and/or CSCS Card * Proficient in Microsoft Project/Office * Full UK driving licence If you are an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next exciting challenge then apply now or email your CV to Leah Hibbert
