Electronics Production Technician    Location: Letchworth Salary: £24.5 – 32K (DOE) Hours: Full Time (Flexibility offered on fixed working hours) Basis: Permanent    We’re looking for a highly capable PCB Assembler with exceptional soldering ability - someone who can work efficiently without compromising accuracy or quality. In this hands‑on role, you’ll assemble, inspect, test, and rework through‑hole PCBs to a high standard, contributing directly to the reliability of products.    If you take pride in precision, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and are keen to develop your skills further, this is an excellent opportunity to progress within an established business.    Responsibilities as a PCB Assembler: Through hole PCB assembly Solder conventional components to IPC-A-610 standards Assemble printed circuit boards to a high standard using established techniques and experience. Perform detailed visual inspections Functionally test assembled boards Maintain accurate assembly and test records Rework Diagnose and repair faults by replacing or reworking through-hole or SMT components Test reworked boards to ensure full functionality SMT Operation / AOI programming & Running (if you have experience in these areas, it would be valuable to the company) General Maintain consistently high workmanship standards.
