EXPERIENCED WASTE & RECYCLING PROCESSING OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED TO OVERSEE A PRODUCTION TEAM AT A BUSY SITE TITLE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Site SALARY: Negotiable Circa £45-55,000 + Vehicle, Good Pension & Healthcare Insurance LOCATION: South Yorkshire PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Waste Operations Supervisor, MBT Shift Manager, Transfer Station Manager, Recycling Operations Manager, Waste Site Manager, MRF Manager, Skip Hire General Manager, Recycling Production Manager YOUR SITE MAY HAVE PROCESSED OR WORKED IN: Biomass, Wood Waste, Scrap Metal, Waste Plastics, Construction Waste, Demolition Waste, Open Windrow Composting, Landfill, Recycled Aggregates, In-Vessel Composting, Anaerobic Digestion, Dry Mixed Recycling, Clinical Waste, MBT, MRF, Transfer Station, Green Waste ROLE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Site Management intake and processing, and off take of waste material Ensure equipment is maintained Ensure Environmental, H&S and Quality compliance Manage a team of production staff Involvement in the commercial side of the business EXPERIENCE: Operations Manager – Waste Management & Recycling Site Ideally, you will have a COTC / WAMITAB, training can be provided but it may affect the initial salary offered You will have NEBOSH or IOSH You will have a UK Driving Licence You will have supervised or managed a waste processing site e.g. Biomass, Wood Waste, Scrap Metal, Waste Plastics, Construction Waste, Demolition Waste, Open Windrow Composting, Landfill, Recycled Aggregates, In-Vessel Composting, Anaerobic Digestion, Dry Mixed Recycling, Clinical Waste, MBT, MRF, Transfer Station, Green Waste PREVIOUS ROLES MAY HAVE BEEN: Waste Operations Supervisor, MBT Shift Manager, Transfer Station Manager, Recycling Operations Manager, Waste Site Manager, MRF Manager, Skip Hire General Manager, Recycling Production Manager
