Job Title: Sales Manager (BDM Team) 📍 Manchester 💰 Up to £45,000 + £20,000 Commission OTE + Incentives Sales Manager - B2B SaaS (New Business Focus) Office-based | Full-time We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Business Development Managers (BDMs) in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive new business performance, coach high-energy sales professionals, and build a culture focused on exceeding targets.
