Contracts Manager - Decoration

Job Title: Contracts Manager – Decoration Location: London & South East (Based in Victoria, London + Site Visits) Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)    About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of decoration projects across London and the South East. This role offers the opportunity to manage both commercial and residential works, with project values ranging from £1,000 to £100,000.    Key Responsibilities Manage multiple decoration contracts from initial enquiry through to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Conduct regular site visits across London and the South East Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service Monitor project costs, variations, and profitability Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company standards Prepare and manage project schedules, reports, and documentation    Requirements Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the decoration/finishing sector Strong knowledge of both commercial and residential projects Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong financial awareness and cost control experience Full UK driving licence    What’s on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience) Office base in Victoria, London with site travel Opportunity to work on a varied and growing portfolio of projects Supportive and professional working environment
