Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Leicester Covering East/West Midlands and down to Northampton   Salary & Benefits: Up to £44,000  40 hour working week Van and fuel card provided 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Tools and uniform supplied Enhanced pension, healthcare, and life assurance Paid travel -30 minutes each way 1 in 6 to 7 on call rota - £140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out About Us: We are a global facilities management company with over 30 years of experience in the UK. Our services include reactive maintenance and planned servicing, tailored to meet the needs of each customer.   Contracts We Cover: Retail buildings Council properties Distribution sites The Role: Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems) Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure Customer-facing role with site visits Required Qualifications & Experience: FGAS certification NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Full UK driving licence If you would like to discuss then please call Chantal at CV BAY On (phone number removed) or email (url removed) #ENG1
