Site Manager – Construction – Demolition & New Build – Anglesey – 12 Month Contract – Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a 12-month construction project in Anglesey, starting Monday 30th. This role will involve managing works on a live care home (dementia facility), overseeing a demolition and full new build project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in demolition, new build, and live environments. Key Responsibilities: * Site Management of demolition and new build works * Managing subcontractors and site teams * Overseeing health & safety (RAMS, inductions, compliance) * Working within a live healthcare / care home environment * Ensuring programme deadlines and quality standards are met * Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project teams Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager * Strong background in demolition and new build construction * Experience working on live sites (healthcare, care homes, hospitals preferred) * SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Professional, reliable, and high level of integrity Location: Anglesey * Ideally local or commutable candidates * Lodge / accommodation available for non-local candidates Package: * 12-month contract * Competitive day rate * Strong pipeline of future work available This role would suit a Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager with relevant experience.
