Site Manager Location: Leicester Start Date: Monday 30/03/2026 Duration: 12 Weeks Rate: £270 p/day Site Manager - Commercial Refurbishment - Leicester My client is a well-established contractor that delivers refurbishment and fit-out projects across a range of commercial sectors. They are looking to appoint a Site Manager to oversee a commercial refurbishment project in Leicester, running for approximately 12 weeks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, managing the programme, and ensuring works are delivered safely and to the required quality standards. You will report into a visiting Project Manager. The Ideal Candidate The client is looking for a Site Manager with experience delivering commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects in fast-paced environments. You will be confident managing trades, maintaining programme, and liaising with the client and project team throughout the works. Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, and First Aid
