As an Engineering Technician, you will support and deliver site projects, from planning through to execution and handover. This includes equipment upgrades, process improvements, reliability enhancements, and H&S and Quality initiatives . You will play a key role in identifying recurring issues and driving continuous improvement using structured problem-solving techniques. The focus is on reducing downtime, improving performance, and delivering sustainable results.
