MEP Site Manager

Job Title: MEP Site Manager Location: Essex (Projects in Southend & Basildon) Salary: £65K DOE The Role: * Oversee all MEP site activities across two small healthcare projects. * Manage day-to-day site operations on projects located in Southend and Basildon. * Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors on site. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. * Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise. * Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and project standards. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. * Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements. The Company: * Established MEP contractor delivering mechanical and electrical services across multiple sectors. * Strong experience delivering healthcare and technically challenging building services projects. * Operates with multiple live projects running concurrently across London and the South East. * Growing project pipeline driving the need for an additional Site Manager. * Collaborative delivery team with a strong focus on quality and client relationships. The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience working as an MEP Site Manager. * Ideally electrically biased, although mechanical backgrounds will be considered. * Strong overall MEP knowledge across mechanical and electrical services. * Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities. * Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience delivering healthcare or similar projects advantageous. * Relevant site certifications such as CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS beneficial.
