Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - New Build Care Home Project Lowestoft, Suffolk £55,000 - £60,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits Permanent or Fixed Term (Project Duration) Clearfield are working on behalf of their client to recruit an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead a £7m Design & Build new build care home project in Lowestoft. This is an excellent opportunity to take control of a well funded project that has already commenced, joining the scheme at an early stage of construction following the demolition phase. Project Details •£7m Design & Build Care Home • 70-week programme • Project commenced January (demolition stage completed) • Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing subcontractors and site teams • Overseeing programme delivery and site progress • Ensuring health & safety compliance • Liaising with project stakeholders and reporting progress • Maintaining quality standards throughout the build Candidate Requirements • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a main contractor • Strong building construction background • Civils or groundwork experience would be highly advantageous due to complex piled groundworks • Ability to manage projects from early stages through to completion • Ideally based within 30-45 minutes of Lowestoft Package •£55,000 - £60,000 salary • Company car or car allowance • 25 days holiday • Pension • Annual bonus • Option to work permanently or on a temporary contract for the duration of the project Start Date - ASAP If you are an experienced Site Manager looking to lead a significant new build project in Suffolk, please contact Danielle Feavearyear at Clearfield Recruitment on (phone number removed) for further details or to apply
