Coffee Business Development Manager

Job Title: Coffee Machine Business Development Manager Location: North West England (Manchester or Yorkshire based preferred) Salary: £36,000 basic + Company Vehicle OTE: £75,000 About the Role We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team, selling a range of high-quality coffee machines and service contracts to businesses across the North West. This role focuses on both traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup equipment, providing tailored coffee solutions for a wide range of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North West region Sell traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup coffee equipment Promote and secure long-term service and supply contracts Build strong relationships with customers including cafés, hospitality venues, offices, and other commercial sites Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets Represent the business professionally and develop long-term partnerships with clients About You Proven experience in field sales, ideally within coffee equipment, hospitality, vending, or a related sector Strong new business development skills and a proactive approach to sales Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a large territory Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer £36,000 basic salary On-target earnings of £75,000 Company vehicle Strong earning potential with uncapped commission structure Opportunity to join a growing and supportive business If you are passionate about coffee and enjoy winning new business, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing market.
