About the Role Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in a range of secondary schools across Hastings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential in the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students aged 11–16, assisting with lessons, behaviour management, and providing additional support where needed.
