Property Manager - Harborne - £30,000 basic salary An established and growing independent estate agency in Harborne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their expanding Property Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with a strong background in property management or lettings, looking to take the next step in their career with a supportive and fast-paced agency. Key Responsibilities * Handle all landlord and tenant queries efficiently and professionally * Manage and resolve rent arrears * Coordinate maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely resolution * Obtain quotes and liaise with landlords for approval and instruction of works * Manage tenancy renewals and re-lettings to minimise void periods * Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For * Previous experience in property management or lettings is essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong customer service approach and ability to resolve issues swiftly * Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines * Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Note: This is an office-based position.
