Administrator Salary: £30,000 Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm | Friday 7:30am - 2:00pm Location: Cardiff Our client is looking for a highly organised Administrator who is eager to develop their career and be trained into an Estimator role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is technically minded and enjoys working in a structured, detail-focused environment. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for an administrator who wants to progress into a more technical and client-focused position over time. Previous experience as an Estimator would be advantageous but is not essential. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the estimating team Assisting with the preparation of quotations and technical documentation Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records Processing client information and ensuring all data is logged correctly Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication Learning the estimating process with a view to taking on your own projects About You: Previous experience in an administrative role Estimator experience would be ideal but is not essential Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office systems Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Technically minded with the ability to understand detailed information Process-driven and able to manage multiple tasks A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills What's on Offer: Salary of £30,000 Early finish every Friday (2pm) Full training and development to become an Estimator Opportunity to grow within a supportive and established team This role is perfect for an administrator who wants to take the next step in their career and develop into a technical estimating position.
