We are seeking experienced and driven Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Advisors to join high-performing project teams in London. This is an opportunity to work with blue-chip clients on stimulating, high-profile projects where safety is the core of operational excellence. As an EHS Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and directing the implementation of the HS&E strategy on-site. Your goal is to maintain a Positive Safety Culture and ensure the firm remains an industry leader in health, safety, and environmental compliance. EHS Advisor Responsibilities: * Implement corporate EHS policies and provide expert guidance on all health and safety matters across the project. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining robust EHS documentation and management systems. * Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits, preparing detailed reports for senior leadership. * Complete comprehensive risk assessments and lead investigations into any incidents or accidents. * Identify site-specific training needs and deliver engaging EHS training sessions to the workforce. * Ensure all subcontractors and stakeholders strictly adhere to EHS standards and project protocols.
