Administration Assistant (Graduate Role)


About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Administration Assistant to join our growing construction logistics business. This role is ideal for a graduate or someone early in their career who is eager, hungry to learn, and keen to build a long-term career within the construction and logistics sector. You will be exposed to a wide range of business-critical functions, working closely with senior team members while receiving structured training and support to develop a full understanding of the role. Key Responsibilities With guidance and training, you will support across the following areas: * Sustainability & Environment * Assisting with waste reporting, disposal records, recycling and reuse of materials * Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) * Supporting CSR initiatives such as community kitchens, charity events and fundraising galas * Helping prepare information for clients’ internal CSR requirements * Pre-Construction & Compliance * Supporting the preparation of pre-qualification (PQQ) and health & safety documentation * Bid & Proposal Support * Assisting with bid writing and proposal preparation alongside the Pre-Construction Manager * Marketing & Submissions * Helping prepare marketing content for tender and proposal documents * General Administration * Day-to-day administrative support across the business About You * A recent graduate or early-career professional * Eager to learn, proactive and career-driven * Confident, personable and comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients * Well organised with strong written and verbal communication skills * An interest in sustainability, construction or logistics is an advantage Training and development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to gain broad industry exposure and grow into a more senior role
