Site Manager – Passive Fire / Loft Compartmentation Works Lambeth, London Day Rate: Negotiable Start Date: Site Setup 16th – Works Starting 23rd February Contract: Temporary (Until December) Overview We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a passive fire protection project in Lambeth, London, involving loft partition wall and compartmentation works. This role will involve managing a small team of operatives on site, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, and in line with passive fire standards. The project is expected to run un til December. Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day site operations for passive fire / compartmentation works * Manage a team of approximately 4–6 operatives on site * Ensure works comply with passive fire standards and project specifications * Monitor installation quality and ensure correct fire stopping and compartmentation practices * Record and track works using OneTrace * Conduct site compliance checks and maintain health & safety standards * Liaise with the client and attend weekly / fortnightly progress meetings * Ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager within passive fire / fire protection or construction * Strong hands-on technical understanding of compartmentation / fire stopping * Ability to manage small site teams and coordinate daily works * Experience working on social housing or residential projects is beneficial * Comfortable using site reporting systems such as OneTrace (or similar) Project Details * Location: Lambeth, London * Works: Loft partition wall / compartmentation works * Team Size: 4–6 operatives * Site Setup: 16th February How to Apply If you are an experienced Site Manager with passive fire or compartmentation experience, please apply with your CV or contact Thomas at ProGroup Recruitment for more information
