Soldering Operative Aylesford ⏰ Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm £12.50 per hour About the Role We are seeking an experienced Soldering Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing team in Aylesford. You will be soldering small metal trays using a gas torch, ensuring each tray is sealed accurately on all four sides. This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong eye for detail, as all completed pieces are quality checked to a high standard.
