Joiner Location: North East - Sunderland, Seaham, Barnard Castle Start Date: Week Commencing 16th March Duration: On going We are currently looking for an experienced Joiner for short-term works on social housing properties and schemes across the North East. 🔨 Duties: Working on sub floors and joists Removing and reinstalling kitchens following remedial works General joinery works within social housing properties Working across multiple sites including Sunderland, Seaham and Barnard Castle ✅ Requirements: Own van (cars will not be accepted) Own tools Valid CSCS card Asbestos Awareness Experience working within social housing properties Reliable and able to work across multiple locations
