Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a respected multidisciplinary consultancy as they look to strengthen their London team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of meaningful projects while progressing their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment. The Role You’ll join a dynamic cost consultancy team delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the education, healthcare, and university sectors, typically ranging from £5m to £10m in value. The role offers a healthy mix of pre‑ and post‑contract responsibilities, client interaction, and the chance to play a key part in shaping high‑quality public‑sector environments.
