You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager and Logistics team, who are hands-on, passionate about empowering people, and committed to building a values-driven business. What’s on offer? * Fridays WFH * Option work 3 days in Essex and 1 in London * Birthday off * Working hours of 8am to 4.30pm * 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * 40% staff discount What will you do as a Wholesale Logistics Executive * Create packing lists * Update tracking information – up to 150 orders per month * Prepare commercial invoices * Update 3PL and client portals * Handle compliance, commodity codes and GDPR * Liaise with dispatch to ensure all orders are on time What will you need to be a Wholesale Logistics Executive * Experience working with 3PL/Freight * Solid understanding of customs and compliance * Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week * Intermediate Excel skills * Wholesale experience would be an advantage Job Number 10105
