Sales & Marketing Support Executive Cradley Heath (Fully On-Site)  £12.71 – £14.12 per hour (£26,500 – £29,450 equivalent) Temp to Perm | 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join a busy and growing business based in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a highly organised individual looking to build their career within sales, marketing and customer support. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider sales team, you will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, managing enquiries and assisting with marketing initiatives. This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication and a proactive mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to the Sales and Marketing team       Manage and follow up on customer enquiries       Process sales orders, quotations and invoicing       Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of service       Enter and maintain accurate information within CRM and internal systems       Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities       Assist with social media updates and online content       Help generate and nurture new sales leads       Liaise with internal teams including sales, despatch and operations       Provide general administrative support including answering calls and emails The Ideal Candidate Highly organised with excellent attention to detail       Confident communicator with strong customer service skills       Proactive with a can-do attitude       Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems       Able to work independently and as part of a team       Experience in a sales, marketing or customer service environment would be beneficial       Social media experience advantageous but not essential Qualifications GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Sales and Marketing while gaining exposure to a variety of commercial activities within a supportive team environment
