You’ll guide customers through lending options using modern technology, helping them find solutions that fit their circumstances. You’ll join a collaborative team where performance and customer outcomes matter equally. About the Company You will be joining a fast-growing financial technology platform focused on improving financial wellbeing for its users. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of fully qualified inbound leads and guide customers through lending options. • Assess applications and recommend suitable unsecured loan solutions using internal technology. • Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. • Support customers throughout the application journey alongside the advisory team. About You • Sales experience, ideally within financial services or lending. • Experience working with customer leads and closing sales opportunities. • Experience discussing financial products or credit-based solutions with customers.
