About the role of Quantity Surveyor As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team of a Tier 1 Main Contractor on a large scale Data Centre project based in West London. The building type will be a multi-storey reinforced concrete frame structure with highly resilient critical infrastructure systems. You will a no2 reporting into the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a great opportunity to gain further experience on a complex project. This company are privately owned with a turnover of over £1bn with plans to continue their growth. They are a winning a lot of work in London and surrounding areas so, they are a great company to be in with. Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor Included but not limited to; Managing subcontractor packages from procurement to final accounts Prepare and submit CVR's and financial reports Valuations and variations Monitor project costs and identify potential commercial risks Liaise closely with the site team Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor: This company are seeking a personable and hard-working Quantity Surveyor who is successful at maintaining positive relationships.
