HR Manager - Build Your Career in a Growing International Business Location: West Yorkshire Full-time | On-site Some HR roles are about maintaining systems and enforcing policy. This one is about helping a business grow by developing its people. We're a privately owned international engineering and equipment business based in West Yorkshire. As the company continues to grow globally, we're looking for an HR Manager who wants to grow with it. This role will suit someone who is early in their HR leadership journey - someone capable, commercially aware, and ready to take on broader responsibility in a fast-moving business. You'll have the chance to own the HR function, work directly with leadership, and shape how the business hires, develops, and supports its people. The Role You'll manage the day-to-day HR function while helping the company improve how we recruit, develop and retain great people. This isn't a heavily layered corporate HR environment. We're looking for someone practical, approachable and solutions-focused who enjoys working closely with managers and teams. You'll be trusted to bring ideas, solve problems, and help the business build a strong and positive working culture. What You'll Be Doing Running the day-to-day HR function Supporting managers with employee relations and people development Improving recruitment and onboarding Helping build training and development pathways Supporting managers with performance and team development Maintaining sensible, practical HR policies and compliance Helping the business scale while keeping a strong team culture Who This Role Will Suit This role is ideal for someone who wants to step up and grow their HR career inside a successful and expanding company.
