Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver Location: Milton Keynes Payrate: £13.41 Shift: Monday- Friday 8am - 4.30pm Job Overview We are currently seeking a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods while supporting general warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities * Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently * Move stock to designated storage areas * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch when required * Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment * Follow all health and safety procedures at all times Requirements * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) * Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment * Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication skills Desirable Skills * Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment * Basic warehouse duties experience (picking/packing, stock control) * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
