What We Value in This Role * Completed your LPC or started the SQE * Hands-on experience with private/public children matters (child arrangement orders, prohibited steps order and or specific issue order.) * Detail-oriented, highly organised, and deadline-driven * A true team player who brings energy and support to colleagues * Confident in IT systems, legal aid (CCMS) How You’ll Make an Impact * Delivering high-quality client care * Drafting key legal documents: C100s, C1As, witness statements * Managing files via our case management system and ensuring compliance * Attending client conferences and working closely with counsel * Advising clients with clarity and empathy * Navigating Legal Aid applications via the CCMS portal * Preparing court bundles and instructions to counsel * Conducting legal research to support case strategy * Advocacy experience is a bonus – if not, we’ll support you to get there Why you’ll love working here We’re an award-winning, specialist law firm in Family Law and Court of Protection.
