Our clients include prestigious residential developments, private apartments and high-end homes where quality, presentation and professionalism are essential. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our team delivering reactive maintenance and repair works across London. The Role This is a varied role responding to reactive maintenance requests in high-end residential properties. You will be attending jobs ranging from small repairs through to minor remedial works where a professional, clean and solution-focused approach is essential. Typical works include: * First and second fix carpentry repairs * Door adjustments, locks, hinges and closers * Kitchen unit and wardrobe repairs * Skirting, architraves and joinery repairs * Fire door maintenance and adjustments (training can be provided) * Minor multi-trade works such as basic decorating, making good and general maintenance You will be working in occupied prime residential apartments, so strong communication skills and excellent presentation are essential.
