Site Manager Wanted – Internal Fit-Out (Residential Apartments) 🚧 📍 Location: Walthamstow, East London 📅 Duration: Minimum 12 Months 💷 Rate: Excellent CIS Rates (Negotiable DOE) 🧱 Start: Immediate/ASAP Are you a driven and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in internal fit-out? We're looking for a proactive individual to take the reins on a 14-storey residential block of apartments in Walthamstow, overseeing works from 1st fix M&E and carpentry through to completion. 🔨 Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all internal fit-out works from 1st fix stage * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff * Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme compliance * Report progress regularly to the Project Manager * Maintain daily site records and liaise with stakeholders ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience managing internal fit-out works on multi-storey residential projects * Strong knowledge of 1st fix M&E and carpentry sequencing * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred * Excellent communication and coordination skills * Ability to manage schedules, subbies, and site logistics effectively 💼 The Client: Our client is a leading developer with a strong pipeline of residential projects across London.
