Senior Project Manager – Aviation / ANSP Copello are supporting an international consultancy operating within the aviation sector in the search for a Senior Project Manager to join their PMO supporting Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) programmes. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex aviation projects delivering critical communications, navigation and surveillance capabilities. This position is based in Dubai and offers generous relocation support for international candidates. What you’ll do * Lead the delivery of complex aviation and air traffic management projects from initiation through to completion. * Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and performance to ensure successful delivery. * Work closely with technical teams, consultants and stakeholders to coordinate project execution. * Build strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are managed and project outcomes are achieved. * Monitor progress against milestones and provide clear reporting to senior leadership. * Ensure projects comply with aviation regulatory and safety requirements. What you’ll bring * Proven experience managing complex projects within the aviation sector, ideally supporting ANSP programmes. * Strong understanding of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile. * Knowledge of Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems. * Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability.
