Part-Time Legal Secretary – Family & Litigation Our clients, a firm of Solicitors, are seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Legal Secretary to join a busy and friendly team. The role will primarily support the Family department, with some assistance provided to the Litigation team as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a professional environment and providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners. Key Responsibilities: * Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence * Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings * Preparing and filing legal documents and court forms * Handling telephone calls and client enquiries in a professional manner * Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records * Assisting with general administrative duties within the Family and Litigation teams The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (experience in Family Law desirable) * Strong typing and administrative skills * Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability * Good communication and client care skills * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems Hours: Part-time hours to be agreed.
