Project Manager (Property Development)

Six Figure Salary, Pension, Bonus & Executive Benefits ICDS Talent Acquisition Search for key client Property Development Consultancy with a substantial pipeline of major commercial and mixed-use landmark projects in the Dublin area. Reporting to the Development Director, you will lead the delivery of high-profile new-build developments and refurbishment projects across the full lifecycle – from feasibility, planning and design through to construction, completion and handover. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing programme and budget performance, coordinating consultants and Tier 1 contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, governance and sustainability. Requirements • Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline. • 5+ years’ experience managing the delivery of complex commercial development and mixed-use project with a main contractor or project management consultancy. • Experience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and capital budgets. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
