Management Accountant

Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Sutton, Greater London (Hybrid working available) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits About the Role An established and growing group of businesses is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team based in Sutton. Working within a dynamic multi-entity environment, this role will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial information across several companies within the group. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who enjoys working across multiple business units and partnering with operational teams to drive financial performance. Key Responsibilities * Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities within the group * Full responsibility for balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial records * Budgeting and forecasting across several business units * Variance analysis and providing insightful commentary to senior management * Supporting the year-end process and liaising with external auditors * Assisting with cashflow forecasting and financial planning * Intercompany reconciliations and consolidation support * Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency * Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects About You * Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) or qualified by experience * Previous experience in a Management Accountant role * Experience working with multiple entities or within a group structure * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment * Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems What’s on Offer * Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working options * Opportunity to work across a diverse group of businesses * Supportive and collaborative finance team * Career development opportunities within a growing organisation Next Steps If you are a motivated Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career within a multi-entity environment, we would love to hear from you.
