Building Services Engineer (Mobile) Location: Mayfair, London Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 Working Pattern: On the road – Mayfair area Industry: Building Services, HVAC, Maintenance, MEP An opportunity has opened for a Building Services Engineer to join a construction company based in London. The ideal candidate will have a background within HVAC maintenance for large commercial buildings and will have a background within mechanical and electrical engineering. The role will be site based at buildings primarily in West and Central London. A company van is provided so a full UK driving license is required. Building Services Engineer Key Skills: * Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within building services / HVAC * Excellent PPM experience for HVAC, fire alarm systems, lighting etc * MEP background * 18th Edition would be a bonus but not essential * Documentation writing and review experience including RAMS * Mechanical and Electrical background * Full UK Driving License Building Services Engineer Responsibilities: * Attending sites in London and managing maintenance of HVAC systems * Performing PPM across building sites * Diagnose and resolve system faults and make repairs * Writing and reviewing RAMS documentation * Ensuring H&S standards are kept to * Minor plumbing fixes If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Building Services Engineer, please apply with your latest CV
