Mobile Plumber

We're looking for a Mobile Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management Company covering a regional patch around Rugby, Northampton, Banbury and Daventry. The role covers several secure and well-maintained Public Sector sites within a stable, long term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber who wants consistent work, opportunities to increase earnings through overtime, and the chance to develop new skills within a supportive engineering team. The Role Typical responsibilities include: * Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs as a Plumber across multiple sites * Investigating and resolving plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and pipework faults * Maintaining hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, drainage systems, and associated pipework * Supporting wider building maintenance tasks when required * Logging all work via a CAFM system to ensure accurate reporting * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and water hygiene standards, including legionella control * Working alongside the wider maintenance team and supporting contractors when required * 1 in 8 call-out rota with £150 standby payment This role offers a great opportunity for a Plumber who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality maintenance services. What We’re Looking For Essential: * NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum) * Proven experience working as a Plumber in maintenance or facilities environments * Strong fault-finding and repair skills * Full UK driving licence Security Checks Required: Right to Work, DBS, and BPSS clearance
