The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering commercial advice and cost control on some of the most innovative and immersive projects in the UK and abroad. Project Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities Deliver full cost management services from feasibility through to final account Produce and manage cost plans, budgets, tender documents and procurement strategies Administer contracts and manage valuations, variations and change control Build relationships with creative teams, contractors, and end clients Oversee commercial reporting and support financial forecasting Collaborate with internal project managers and contribute to continuous improvementProject Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements 3-5 years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar Experience working across the full project lifecycle Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A passion for unique, fast-moving and design-focused projects Working towards MRICS (or already chartered)In Return Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 Involvement in world-class cultural and brand-led projects Opportunity to work with some of the most exciting clients in the industry Flexible, hybrid working and supportive team culture Ongoing CPD and structured career development A fun, collaborative and non-corporate environment If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, then please contact Dan McEvoy at Brandon James.
