Senior Electrical MEP Project Manager 📍 M4 Corridor (Reading, Slough, Swindon, Bristol & surrounding areas) 💼 Full-Time | Permanent 💰 Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Benefits Senior Electrical MEP Project Manager – Construction & Refurbishment Projects We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical MEP Project Manager to lead high-value construction and refurbishment projects across the M4 Corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute and technically strong Electrical PM to take ownership of complex building services packages from pre-construction through to handover. This role is ideal for a proven Electrical Project Manager, MEP Project Manager, or Building Services Project Manager with strong leadership capability and experience delivering fast-paced commercial or mixed-use schemes. The Role – Senior Electrical MEP Project Manager As Senior Electrical MEP PM, you will: * Lead the electrical and MEP delivery on multiple construction and refurbishment projects * Manage subcontractors and specialist MEP supply chain partners * Oversee programme, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance * Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and main contractors * Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and safety standards * Drive projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover * Report to senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic project planning Projects are typically commercial, industrial, mixed-use or high-spec refurbishment schemes along the M4 Corridor. Senior Electrical MEP PM – Requirements To be considered, you must have: * Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager or MEP Project Manager * Strong background in building services / MEP construction * Experience delivering both new build and refurbishment projects * Excellent commercial awareness and contract knowledge (JCT preferred) * Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-track programmes * Relevant electrical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services preferred) SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
