Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

Drylining Quantity Surveyor – Manchester / Northern Projects £60,000 – £75,000 + Package (DOE) I’m currently working with a well-established drylining and interiors subcontractor who has secured a £4m drylining and ceilings package in Manchester. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work across the North, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Drylining Quantity Surveyor. This role will involve working across projects in Manchester and Leeds, with a mix of site visits and flexible working between office and home. The Role * Commercial management of drylining and ceilings packages * Managing subcontractor procurement and package management * Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts * Working closely with project teams and main contractors * Cost reporting and commercial forecasting * Supporting delivery of projects typically ranging from £2m – £10m The Ideal Candidate * Proven experience working for a drylining / interiors subcontractor * Strong knowledge of partitions, ceilings and drylining systems * Experience managing projects commercially from pre-start through to final account * Comfortable working across multiple sites in the North * Strong communication and client-facing skills What’s on Offer * Salary £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working (site / office / home) * Immediate involvement in a £4m Manchester project * Strong pipeline of secured work across the region If you’re a Drylining Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity in the Manchester / Leeds area, I’d be happy to have a confidential conversation
