Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Civils (Utilities / Water) South London £280 – £300 per day CIS We are currently supporting a leading civil engineering contractor delivering a major clean water infrastructure project in South London, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a technically challenging scheme involving large diameter water mains, deep excavations and complex temporary works, playing a key role in driving progress on site. Key Responsibilities * Supervising day-to-day site activities on a clean water civil engineering project * Overseeing works relating to large diameter main laying and associated infrastructure * Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Coordinating with site teams, engineers and project management to maintain project progress * Ensuring all works comply with health, safety and environmental standards * Supporting the delivery of deep excavation and temporary works operations About You * Proven experience working within the water sector, ideally on clean water infrastructure projects * Strong civil engineering background with experience supervising site operations * Good understanding of large diameter water main installation * Experience working around deep excavations and temporary works * Able to drive progress on site, coordinating teams and maintaining programme delivery * Strong commitment to health and safety standards Desirable * Previous experience working on HS2 sites or major infrastructure projects What’s on Offer * Opportunity to work on a high-profile water infrastructure project * Long-term project pipeline within the water sector * Competitive salary and package * A supportive team environment with opportunities for progression If you are an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in water and civil engineering, and you are looking for your next challenge on a major infrastructure project in South London, we would like to hear from you
