Building Services Manager Kent £80,000 - £90,000 + package The Company This Building Services Manager's role with one of the UK’s major main contractor’s. They have established themselves as being one the leading main contractor’s in the commercial, residential, public and healthcare sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £10m – £100million. The current position is for an experienced Building Services Manager to construction division working on schemes from £10m - £10m The Person We are looking for a Building Services Manager who has been working for a top 100 main contractor with experience of new build and/or refurbishment schemes in the £10 - £30m range. You will have experience of taking projects from RIBA Stage 3 through delivery to handover and you will be responsible for managing all the MEP aspects of projects. A recognisable building services qualification is required. You will initially be working a £20m healthcare scheme and previous healthcare experience would be advantageous but not essential. The initial scheme you will be working on is an £8m refurbishment for a well-known retailer in the South East. The Plus Points A competitive salary is on offer along with a generous benefits package.
