SEND Teaching Assistants (Female) – Long Term Roles – Tower Hamlets Location: Tower Hamlets, East London Start: ASAP Contract: Long-term agency role Pay: Competitive daily rate (depending on experience) Teaching Consultancy is currently recruiting two experienced Female SEND Teaching Assistants for a secondary school in Tower Hamlets. These are long-term, full-time roles supporting students on a 1:1 basis with additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated support staff who have experience working with students with complex SEND needs and are confident providing tailored support within a school environment. Role 1 – Autism Specialist TA We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with strong experience supporting students with severe Autism. Essential requirements: * Experience working with students with severe Autism * Experience in specialist SEND settings or provisions * Background supporting students with communication and behavioural needs * Experience in schools such as Phoenix School, Brick Lane School, or similar specialist provisions is highly desirable Role 2 – SEND Support TA (Intimate Care) We are also looking for a Teaching Assistant who is comfortable supporting students with personal care needs.
