The Role - PMLD Teaching Assistant Seeking a compassionate and patient PMLD Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils with complex physical, sensory and communication needs through highly personalised learning activities. The role involves supporting sensory-based learning, assisting with mobility and personal care where required, and helping pupils engage with structured routines designed to promote independence, wellbeing and communication development.
