We are looking for a dedicated School Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our school. This is a permanent position, and we welcome applications from individuals at all levels of experience—whether you’re an experienced administrator or someone just starting out. About the Role As a School Administrator, you will be a vital point of contact for staff, parents, pupils, and external visitors. You will ensure that school operations run efficiently, supporting a positive and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to senior leaders, teachers, and wider school staff Managing phone and email enquiries and greeting visitors at reception Maintaining accurate student records and handling confidential information Supporting attendance monitoring and data entry Assisting with arranging meetings, events, and school activities Producing documents, letters, and reports as required Supporting financial and resource administration (training provided) What We’re Looking For You don’t need previous school experience—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
