SEN Teachers & Learning Support Assistants Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Pay: Learning Support Assistants: £13.75 per hour Teachers: MPS/UPS (£32,916 – £51,048) Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Multiple roles available About the Roles Teaching Personnel are working with SEND schools and specialist provisions in Farnborough and the surrounding North Hampshire area to recruit qualified Teachers and Learning Support Assistants. Role Responsibilities Teachers Deliver engaging, SEND-focused lessons tailored to individual pupil needs Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Work closely with LSAs, SENCOs, and the wider school team Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Support children with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Who We’re Looking For Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) Experienced LSAs or Teaching Assistants Candidates passionate about supporting pupils in SEND settings Individuals who hold an enhanced child-only DBS (or are willing to obtain one) Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
