Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) – West Drayton – £54,000 Location: West Drayton, Greater London Salary: up to £54,000 per annum Shifts: 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday Benefits: Overtime, Pension Scheme, Training & Progression About the Role We’re currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer for a Site Supervisor position within a technical maintenance team, working for a large service provider. You’ll be leading a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services equipment. * Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. * Fault-finding and remedial repairs on lighting, power distribution, and control systems. * Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation. Requirements * City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. * Proven experience in a commercial or critical building environment. * Excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on shift. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
